## focus area # Science Diplomacy The AAAS Center for Science Diplomacy builds bridges between communities, societies, and nations through closer interactions between science and diplomacy and elevates the role of science in foreign policy to address national and global challenges. Since its establishment in 2008, the Center has been a leader in conceptualizing science diplomacy as a critical aspect of science and international relations.
